I think this is bull crap, I believe they are lying, and I want to see the pictures that prove what they are saying

[redacted], per her own complaint, was aware of these hours from a previous experience,Section 3 of our contract states "If the vehicle is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for all loss or damage to it until we inspect it at our next opening, and time & mileage and optional Service charges will continue to accrue until our next opening."Additionally, I have attached two photographs. One is the sign on the front door to the rental store, the other is the sign above the rental counter. As you can see, both prominently display Our business hours.Given the facts contained herein, a billing adjustment is not warranted. April 23, 2015Dear [redacted],I am in receipt of your recent correspondence, and thank you for same. I have reviewed the nature of [redacted] concerns as you requested. My investigation has revealed the following:On May April 2, 2015 [redacted] rented, at her request, a 2013 [redacted]....

The manufacture does not equip this vehicle with a spare tire. During a subsequent telephone conversation with [redacted], he advised me “I hit a pothole”. This was the proximate cause of [redacted]’s concerns. Our roadside assistance operator received a call from [redacted], and a tow truck was dispatched. A fee of $95.00 was incurred for a “no show”, as [redacted] had left the gas station, without calling roadside.[redacted] was directed to a [redacted] Tire Center, and two tires were replaced, [redacted] advised me, after the fact, that she paid an unknown “stranger” $225,00 cash for a tire. While our roadside assistance is a 24 hour facility, they were not contacted for prior approval of this transaction, which is a violation of our contract.[redacted] was given a credit for her rental, reducing her rental charge to a single day.I may be reached directly at ###-###-#### should you wish to discuss that matter in further detail.Very truly yours,James D.Risk Manager

My husband and I are rejecting the response of Mr. D[redacted] for several reasons.
We should have never been allowed to rent a vehicle that does not have a spare tire and pay a premium rate. As we could have rented any economical vehicle for under 30.00 per day, that would have come with a spare. We are also rejecting the response because we were told by Mr. D[redacted] to purchase a total of 3 tires from Firestone, while 2 could only be purchased due to the merchant not having a rim. We understood that we would be reimbursed for the inconvenience of using our personal cash to buy the spare tire. If we had been informed that the vehicle did not have a spare, we would have declined using it and therefore all monies involved should be repaid. Our 100% satisfaction should be upheld as we have used [redacted] several times over the past year.

I am rejecting this response because: James D[redacted] did not review and terms or conditions with me. He was extremely rude, ignorant, and disrespectful lacking customer service. He took my email address but did not email me any contracts or correspondence. He became increasingly rude when I was expressing my customer service experiences with him, became increasingly loud in tone, and hung up the phone on me. After hearing this please tell me how my matter has been resolved? He told me that he would have Mr. Price call me, this never happened. I found the direct number and I called Mr. P[redacted] who was polite and was told that he will investigate and call me on Monday. Today is Thursday and I have received no call back. Unfortunately, the CEO must be aware of this occurance and all other future next car patrons.

I have given you a sign affidavit from a few people. Please take the time to reach out to anyone of them. They probably wasn't able to smell because they are all smokes. Smoking at their facility is a norm. Each customer is exposed to second hand smoke as soon as they pull up to the facility. There was no response to the fact that my family was left unsafe not being about to access the vehicle.

To Whom It May Concern,I received your letter dated 05/23/17 regarding a Complaint filed by our customer. I had been in contact prior to your letter with our customer. The account was in arrears and the Customer had contacted me after first going thru Corporate headquarters. I spoke with the...

customer and listened to her reasons for the account status. After speaking with my boss at Nextcar, we decided to help our customer with her situation. The decision was made and communicated with the Customer on 05/25/17.We agreed to return her car and collect a partial payment on her account due to her circumstances. We deferred some of her payment to a later date and she picker her car up from Ine on 05/27/17. She has agreed to make up the difference in her payments at a later date which we worked out with the customer.[redacted]
