I received the flat iron, but it did not work. I immediately emailed Diana the *** customer service. They sent an email back stating they would send a new flat iron. I responded that I do not want a new flat iron, I would like a full refund, since I received a defective product. They sent an RA number, I shipped the flat iron to them via insured FedEx. I have not received a response. I'm still waiting for a confirmation email. I expect a FULL REFUND. Do not order from this company.

Please be advise that all of our products are strictly supervised priority of shipping, to make sure they work properly.
We will gladly provide the RA # for the return, after technical support evaluation, if there are any manufacture defects ,we will issue it refund.
If there are any other issues with the Iron that are not under the terms and conditions of the online warranty policy, we wouldn't be able to issue a refund, and the Iron will be ship back to you.
If you prefer to avoid this process we can ship you it new Iron, today as it UPS label has already been creative.
After technical support evaluation the report conclude that nothing was wrong we the Iron
Second Iron was send via UPS TRACKING # 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX DELIVER ON NOV XX XXXX.
case was close since we did not have it replay from the customer after that.
