Review: I ordered a 'Statement Bar Necklace' from Diana Warner New York and upon receiving it, the product was not as ordered. I informed the company immediately regarding the issue. One of Diana's employees was understanding about the issue and helpful in sending a 'waybill' for me to send it back but she mistyped the information and it couldn't be mailed. Upon informing them of this, a different employee responded and would not send an accurate 'waybill' for me to return the product. After much back and forth, starting on August 8/** and still ongoing (with the first employee (name unknown), second employee ([redacted]), and then [redacted] herself), the issue still remains, (1) product issue; (2) refund/exchange issues; (3) customer service issues; (4) guarantee or warranty issues; (5) repair issues (all listed in "Complaint Type") along with being treated with incredible disrespect and Diana Warner exhibiting complete unprofessionalism.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the purchase ($66.00 + tax in USD).If the 'statement bar necklace' is to be returned, a postage paid package and label to be provided for me to return it.

Review: I ordered a piece of jewelry - a charm - on September **, 2013 from Diana Warner Studio. I placed the order online, and my checking account was charged $36.98 for the product. I never received the product, and since then I have contacted Diana Warner Studio at least 6 times by phone.
I initially spoke by phone in December (I believe) to someone whose name I don't remember. She could not find my order, and [redacted] was not in the office, but she assured me she would find my order and call me back, which didn't happen. I remember calling a few more times, and finally my order was located, and the representative agreed that the charm I ordered had not been sent, and that I was due a refund, and [redacted] would call me and issue a refund, none of which happened.
When I did not receive the refund by early January, 2014, I called again spoke to [redacted]. At first I was told that [redacted] was not in the office, but that she would call me. She never called , so I called her office several more times. Finally [redacted] assured me that I would receive a refund, and that [redacted] was taking care of the matter.
I finally got through to Diana Warner herself on January **, 2014. Diana Warner assured me she would take care of the matter, if I would e-mail her a copy of my bank statement, which I did that day.
I waited a month, but a refund was not made.
I March I called again, and spoke to a new employee, [redacted] looked into the matter, called me back and assured me that I would not only be issued a refund, but that she would send me the charm I ordered to compensate me for all of my trouble. I told [redacted] I did not want the charm, just a refund.
As of Thursday, May **, I have not received either a refund or the charm I was promised. I called Diana Warner Studio again, and spoke to [redacted] told me she had passed my message onto Diana Warner and that [redacted] was supposed to "handle it." [redacted] said the charm had been set aside and was ready to mail. I told [redacted] again that I did not care about the charm, I just wanted a refund. [redacted] said she would ask Diana about it, and would definitely call me back by today, May **. As of 9 pm today I have not received a call.Desired Settlement: I want a refund made to the debit card with which I initially paid.
