[We immediately heard from Alamal Auto when they were notified of our complaint Mr [redacted] explained that during this time there was a communication breakdown, which he apologizedWe knew that cancellation of the policy would incur fees, it was a gracious offer to refund the entirety of the policyHe assured us a check would be sent out immediately.We never set out to tarnish their reputation, just wanted the matter resolvedAs of today, we consider the matter closed***
