I am rejecting this response because:I knew working there for 1/years that this will be the outcome so I prepared myself for EVERYTHING , so Let me proceed to address this Neil picking up his wife's engagement ring has absolutely nothing to do with this matter. I didn't 't have a log in to print out temporary tags from the DMV system , Any temporary tags that were ever printed out at the time of me working there was authorized by Neil Amaral ,The same way I printed out & temp tags for the same customer for the same vehicleSo for him to insinuate that I did it with out his permission is a bald face lieDid I quit my Job through a text message OF COURSE I did ! Now , did I go about it the wrong way ? I don't think so , for the simple fact that on Wednesday 05/11/I was told by Neil in a very nasty way that he did not need me to work at Amaral Auto Sales that if I wanted to quit that I can ,I have proof of that as well.So I did quit through text message to avoid confrontation with him ? YES ! Did that have anything to do with my car ? NONeil sold me a vehicle that he had took on consignment like any other car on his lot , The vehicle already had a current loan on it through Volkswagen I have Proof that it was just paid off in July actually the investigator that was assigned to my case advised me to contact Revdex.com so that is exactly what I did the same investigator also told me that the Volkswagen that was sold to me was not suppose to be contracted with through west lake financial that is why "The Amaral's " were forced to purchase the loan back , I also have proof of when it was purchased back Not only was I driving a vehicle on consignment but I was driving a vehicle that had current loans on it & again I have proof that at the time It was contracted to me there was still a loan through Volkswagen on it & it had my current loan on it which was *** *** *** In order to receive that title the previous loan has to get paid off first before you can title it to another vehicle and add a new lien holder , The reason why I contacted motor vehicle about this matter because Neil & his father were not going to title my car to begin withI went to Amaral Auto Sales on 05/17/& I was there for about hours speaking to MrAmaral Neil's father , & I let him know that I do not have $to give him So this goes back to how the $dollars is now being brought to the light , When I first signed my contract for the Volkswagen in order for the finance company to approve the loan & Neil to get the money in the bank the next day he had to put on the bill of the sale that I was giving him $money down for the contract to be approved NOW keep in mind This was not only done to me but a few customers that can come forward and comment also , In any other dealership if a down payment is owed or if a customer needs to put money down on a vehicle, that has to be paid before the vehicle is driven off the lot , Have Neil Submit paperwork of my signature on a document that says I am suppose to give him $dollars when I receive my income tax or any type of proof that says any of that now keep in mind income tax season is in the beginning of the year I signed in April , I would Never get back $Dollars because I do not have any dependents , AND MR.AMARAL knows very well I will NEVER get back that much money BUT that is another matter " Department of Labor" that has nothing to do with this , Now Neil Mentioned "Twisted Scheme to Defame our business" Defaming his business is letting the entire dealership world know how they really do business , & I have not done that what so ever , & I will NEVER do that , As far as the damages is concerned I have a police report that my vehicle at the time it was parked was vandalized , I also have another police report of MR.NEIL AMARAL harassing my aunt who also purchased a vehicle from Amaral Auto Sales by calling her and treating that he was going to make sure that I am arrested , That wasn't enough excitement for him so he called my father afterwards and threatened him as well , If that is how a business is suppose to be ran , then Miss *** you make a decision on this matter , The vehicle is paid off , I have that in writing a letter mailed directly to me and MrNeil that my loan was sent back to and repurchased by "Amaral Auto Sales " because it was not suppose to be contracted to begin with Also A dealership has no more than days to provide the finance company with title and current lien holder on it "I had mine for days "once the dealership failed to that the dealer compliance department contacted me asking me for the title that is why he was forced to purchase the loan back & this isn't about the $hes seeking the money that he paid off to Volkswagen , and the & the $dollars that he had to pay to purchase the vehicle back , & I paid for a towing company to go and drop it off to his dealershipIf things were done the right way in the Beginning we wouldn't be going through any of this.Feel free to contact me through email *** or my cell *** :) Regards,

OK. Let me address *** *** complaint by informing you that she was working here at the time that she bought her car, and that she decided to quit unknowingly on May 14th (Sunday @ 10:30PM) via a text message. When she purchased the VW in April, she promised to give us
her income tax return check as her down payment for $3,600, which she had yet to give us. Now, let me address her lie(s):1. Ashley actually printed all the temporary plates for her car. In fact, the day before she quit, she voided her temporary plate intentionally (which is against DMV’s rules) to extend it an extra days because she had planned to quit her job already. I was not even present at that time, because I left work early that day to pick up my fiancé’s engagement ring. This was all premeditated. I have her on camera doing so.2. I find it ironic that she neglected to mention that she was employed here at the time she purchased her car.3. She believed that she could get away without paying us her $3,down payment by reporting us to NJDMV and the Revdex.com.4. This is all a twisted scheme to defame our business, and to keep a car that she owed us $3,on. Besides all of the info I just gave you, *** *** has since asked us to repurchase *** *** contract back. We were forced to pay them back $8,on 7/6/17, and find the vehicle that *** essentially stole from us. The vehicle was returned to us last Monday with almost $3,worth of damage. I think that it’s safe to say that this was a far-fetched attempt to get away with her twisted scheme

with other responsibilities last week. After asking around the salon I did find out that Ms.[redacted] called the salon asking if her gift cards were still good. She said she found them in an old wallet. We normally say 2 years but often honor them anyway. Apparently, the employee working the desk that day is not one of our regular trained receptionist. She was filling in because the scheduled receptionist was sick. She asked around the salon and I'm not sure who she all spoke to but, they all said we honor them for 2 years. Ms. [redacted]'s gift cards were purchased on December 23, 2013. Her originally purchase was for 2 gift cards one for $75 which she used $71.00 of that on 10/11/2014. The other card was for $65 which has not been redeemed. As she states in her complaint the 3% of the original amount will be deducted each month after 24 months on non-use. 3% of $75 is $2.25. Which means the gift card for $4.00 is expired. The card with $65 would be a deduction of $1.95 after 24 months of purchase since it was never used. Which would be 11 months. $21.45 would be the fee deducted for non-use. If she would have called and talked to me, this could have been avoided. I would gladly issue her a new gift card valued at $43.55 when she turns in the old cards to me. Sincerely, Tamara S. [We immediately heard from Alamal Auto when they were notified of our complaint. Mr. [redacted] explained that during this time there was a communication breakdown, which he apologized. We knew that cancellation of the policy would incur fees, it was a gracious offer to refund the entirety of the policy. He assured us a check would be sent out immediately.We never set out to tarnish their reputation, just wanted the matter resolved. As of today, we consider the matter closed. [redacted]
