Cab was pre-ordered to arrive at 5am on Friday July 28, to transport to South Bend Airport Cab came at 6:and caused me to miss my flight
I had the Staybridge Suites desk clerk call the cab company on Thursday morning to reserve a car to transport me from the Staybridge Suites in Elkhart to the South Bend Airport for a.mon Friday July 28, When they had not arrived by 5:a.mthe front desk called again and was informed that there were no cars availableThe cab company called back minutes later to say that someone would come The cab arrived at 6:a.mand clearly was not in any shape to travel at the highway speed needed to make the airportAll four tires were dangerously low and in the rain the driver could not go faster than miles per hourThis car did not seem to be safe for drivingNeedless to say, I missed my flight and was extremely upset This was my first time flying alone and it was a very distressing situation
Review: Ignition switch on my saturn sky was recalled in April, 2014. I received a notice from Diane Sauer cheverlet telling me they would contact me when the part was available. I called in June to inquire about the part, and was told it still wasn't in. I called again in August, several times, and my calls weren't returned. I called another dealership who said they had the part and I could bring my car in, however it is several miles away, and would require me taking time off work. Diane Sauer is right across the street from my office. I called again in October, and when my calls weren't returned, I went and asked in person, only to be told the part was still not available. I've been afraid to drive the car most of the summer.Desired Settlement: Just want the part replaced.[redacted] in [redacted] said they get the part in every week.
