into my husband's emailSorry if there was confusion there for Bob, I was not trying to be disrespectfulI am glad to finally have received our photos and hopefully be done with this entire ordealBob was threatening to not send our photos if we posted any negative complaints about them on any sitesMy sister helped me to persuade him to finally send the photos after numerous emails back and forthI hope that other people can avoid a situation like this and that Bob's extremely poor business practices will be known so that he cannot continue to mistreat and disrespect any future customers.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThank you for your help in settling this unfortunate business transaction

which I spoke to him on the phoneThe business owner berated me for my expecting him to keep his word during our business transaction, he insulted me, called names...Ultimately, he offered to send the pictures but only if I made a written promise beforehand to never post a poor review of his business anywhere, ever. Again, that offer is unacceptableThe offer seems a lot like the one made by Bob in the 10/26/Complaint posted on your siteYet Bob tells me I am the first complaint he's had with the Revdex.com and he had to educate himself on the complaint process...I am sickened by this whole transaction.
