thiscustomer in 2004. The customer was satisfied and paid us in full in theamount of $1,900.00. There is no way to seal this stone floor. It isalways a porous, breathable surface. There is a warranty on the floorbut it does have limitations. All warranty and care maintenanceguidelines are listed on the back of the contract and were given to thecustomer. The floor must be reglazed as maintenance. This customerhas done nothing to maintain the garage floor for over 11 years.I told him we would be happy to come out and do a repair and areglaze, which is putting another coat of epoxy over the entire surface.There would be a charge of $550.00 based on his square footage.
