I ordered [redacted] furniture from this store on 06/01/which I financed so Dianne Flack has all their money for this purchase It has now been weeks and I do not have the furniture yet They are telling me that I have to wait another weeks for my order to be completed but really couldnt tell me the status of my order I called the manufacturer- [redacted] to check status and they tell me that my order is on hold and has been the entire time That it has never even been started I have been waiting weeks for an order that I am paying for that I dont have yet

[redacted] - This was resolved prior to customer filing this. This customer was issued a FULL refund 24 hrs. after she didn't like the furniture & before she filed this complaint. So not sure what else I can do to resolve the matter. [redacted]
