*** *** *** was asked not to return to this facility due to constant non-payment, rudeness to the staff, disrespect and a horrible attitude all around. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone we can only strive for perfection. The statements in her complaint are completely
false. First, my staff and I never witnessed a gash on the child's head, it is our standard procedure to write an incident report by which the parent is notified and required to sign. Secondly, we informed *** *** on several occasions in the past, with regards to the child arriving to the center soaking wet from having the same pamper on all night, we also informed her of the child's pampers being too small. Thirdly, she never paid tuition on time, so her receipts would often reflect past due payments and was placed on the parent window in a timely manner. Finally, she has a signed media release form in the child's file. *** *** has been reported to provider watch, so she will not be able to receive childcare assistance from the State of Missouri until the balance owed to *** *** has been rendered. There appears to be a certain level of childishness and immaturity on *** *** part, that being stated I regret ever interacting with her, but I do not regret caring for *** *** *** He will be missed.There will not be a payment of any kind paid to *** *** from *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
information. They are not providing resolution. The staff is very unprofessional as well as the Director. She also states that my son came to school with a soaked diaper, so why wasn't Child Services ever called or I was told about that? They has also been many occasions where she closes down the daycare for her breast cancer treatments. She is also babysitting children that belong to family members as if they were attending daycare. There's a risk of my child being there with those kids. Her Secretary or Assistant was never there for me to make the payment on time. I'm not going to pay the daycare if I can't get a receipt. She wants people to pay cash because she doesn't pay taxes. I will not pay without receiving a receipt. While my child was in the facility, there was high employee turnover. She said I was rude to staff, I was very concerned because every week there were new teachers. That's a concern as a parent. I definitely regret putting my son into this daycare. I will never recommend any child to go through what me and my child have gone through. She claims there is a $balance and she will never get that balance.
