I have already paid Peak Restoration for services on remodeling my bathroomThey were paid with the plan for them to complete work on already started project and paid in advance for a change order for additional work
Since payment was received, they refuse to return to the jobThey do not directly refuse, they state that they will call me back with a time for someone to resume the work, and then ignore/don't answer any of my calls when they fail to get back to meThis has been going on for a month

On 6/22/We hired Peak Restoration Services to remodel our master bathThe total cost of the remodel was $13,Progress payments were scheduled per the contract with an amount of $6,due at the acceptance of the contract
Work began on 7/7, to date the following has been done:
the bath was demoed, plumbing for the sinks and new shower was moved, the shower walls were constructed, the shower pan poured, duralock installed in the shower, shower closet framed, bathroom floor tiled but no grouting has been done
On 7/we made a progress payment of $2,
On 7/we expressed concerns about the quality and waterproofing of the project to the project manager and ownerThey stated that waterproofing would be added and all of our concerns would be correctedOn 7/20, the work had continued but the issues had not been correctedWe discussed our concerns with the project manager, the tile installer finished work for the day and did not return
