04/21/ I had called our Home Warranty Company and asked for their recommendation for a business to do the spring air conditioning checkup on our two units They recommended AIR SQUAD I called yesterday & made an appointment with one of their techs "Marco" They charge more for this service than many other companies but also gave us a 15% Senior discount Marco was right on time today He went to work & cleaned and inspected both units & then told me that everything looked OK except that both units were low on coolant (Freon R-22) He estimated the cost for near units If I wanted to wait, our H.O.Wwould pay $per unit of the cost, but we chose not to wait for another appointment or trip The entire bill was $plus the 3% for using a credit card instead of cash or check and I was happy to pay the bill This is the FIRST A/C Company that has inspected our units in the last several years WITHOUT telling us that we needed expensive repairs or new units NOW!!! THANKS

It's 115 degrees outside and my AC unit went out so I scheduled an appointment to have it repaired with air squad. Their soonest appointment was 3 days out. I was told that the technician would call to notify when he was en route. I missed the call on my cell phone so the tech just didn't show up. So much for an appointment. I had to reschedule and now I'm going to have to miss a day of work. Still no AC

Although it was a fast experience I felt I should write a review because my experience was great. I was assigned this company through my home warranty, I was called just a few hours after I had placed my request (around 2pm) which was awesome! And I was able to get on the schedule for the next morning!, I have children in the home and couldn't have them in a freezing house for too long!! The technician was amazing, he was kind and explained everything to me (I'm a woman, we don't tend to know these things or understand them too well) which was nice and made me feel at ease.
I just wanted to give a thank you to this company and employees, you have been amazing to deal with from start to finish.

The entire bill was $393 plus the 3% for using a credit card instead of cash or check and I was happy to pay the bill. This is the FIRST A/C Company that has inspected our units in the last several years WITHOUT telling us that we needed expensive repairs or new units NOW!!! THANKS
