We had all our windows replaced in March Four windows need repairing To date they have not been repaired One June I notified Pella that we were having trouble closing four of our newly installed windows After numerous e-mails and a threat to report them to the ***, a repair person arrived on 4th July He indicated that four sashes needed to be replaced and he would notify Pella I followed up on 30th July and a tentative date of 7th of August was suggested for the repair This was postponed and then further postponed due to a family emergency I then followed up on 4th of September with a proposed date of 15th September for he repair Received an e-mail on the 15th indicating that the repair could not occur as only two of the four sashes were at the store and one of the two was damaged I called Pella on 2nd October (on the advice of the repair technician) I was told they had no record of the need for repairs The repair technician e-mailed me to inform me
