service and all fees are paid up front prior to treatment and treatment submitted to insurance company and reimbursement will be disbursed directly to the patient (patient has received her reimbursement). Also explained to the patient we do apologize for the miscommunication regarding the second appointment not being sedation as our office was under the impression she did not want to have sedation at this time.  Patient stated that she was satisfied at this time.
