Hello, thank you for reaching outI would prefer that complaints are mailed to me as my business addressAll of your email notifications went into my spam folder.I looked into this a bitWhen we were informed that the manufacturer didn't include a manual we emailed a copy of the owners manual to the customer on September 26thAt the time of sale we include an electrical requirements sheet that was signed by the customerThis states what the wiring requirements are and that an electrician must complete the electrical hookupI actually do not know what day the customers electrician connected the unitHowever, when it was connected and the customer attempted to contact the local service provider ( [redacted] ***), they were very short handed that week and did not respond as quickly as I'd have likedWe actually arranged to have a second service provider schedule to go out and take a look at it on October 12thHowever, [redacted] was able to get to the customers home on October 11th to see what the problem wasThe spa was not running, upon inspection it was determined that the customers electrician wired the GFCI breaker (furnished by electrician) incorrectlyAt that point it was up to the electrician to return and fix his workWe called the customer and left a message on November 3rd to see if everything was working and we haven't heard back from themThis is not a warranty issue where we can be reimbursed by the manufacturer for the service callHowever as a courtesy East Coast Spas covered the cost of this call rather that charge the customer or electricianAs a sign of goodwill I would also be willing to offer a $store credit that the customer can use for filters or hot tub suppliesBest Regards,Dan H***
