I am rejecting this response because:   In my original complaint, I provided the [redacted] quote confirmation. I am not confused. It is the dealership specially the sales manager who are playing games. I tried to resolve this after I filed the complaint. In the phone conversation I had with the sales manager Mr.L bluntly said that they will not sell the car to me. If they wanted to honor the [redacted] price, why did they want to charge me $498 for dealer fees when the quote had $87. In addition they added $900 In bank fees which is no where on the quote.

Customer has negative equity on his car by about $8,000. In order to get him into another car, we have to somehow payoff the remaining balanced owed on his trade. The only way the bank got him approved was to maintain as much of a low payments as possible, and the lease was the only way. The only way to get his negative equity taken care of, was to have money down and to use rebates and incentives available only in the new car. The finance manager is the only one that can discuss all the details regarding his credit, we do that to protect the customer with his personal information. Please contact us with any question. every customer signs an estimated motor vehicles fee sheet and his came back $99 short and he owes that money. We lost $3800 to sell him a car and he is now calling us deceitful? attached is the sheet he signed knowing it was estimated

wholesaled the day you came in. Our used car management never communicated that information with our Internet department, therefore they never knew the vehicle was not here. Once the vehicle is marked sold or wholesaled in our system, it may take 2-3 days until its completely out of all third party sites we advertise on. The reason why the vehicle was listed in stock a few days later. I apologize for this and the inconvenience it has caused. I agree that on this occasion our service has not been to the high standards we aim to achieve.As a result of your complaint, our management team is reviewing the process in which we notify all necessary departments of any inventory change. This customer has been shopping [redacted] since DEC 2015 with over 22 inquires and he has yet to decide. I think he is very confused with all the numbers he is looking at. We will honor [redacted] at exactly whats advertised and nothing less, he has offered less then [redacted]  price. Also we no longer have that model available. Thank you Michael B

We have brought the customer into our facility today. We have replaced the windshield as a goodwill gesture for [redacted]. There is no charge to the customer.

I spoke to [redacted]  last week and after looking at her deal I was quite confused to way she made a compliant.So I called her and talked to her and she said she would be hereTuesday to review with me appointment at 11:00 am  she never showed up.  thank you [redacted]...

I am rejecting this response because:  I never heard back from these is!  It took almost three weeks to get refunded from their check cashing company. ...

Unacceptable!  I actually had to make numerous phone calls while on my vacation to make sure I was going to be refunded.  It should have never gotten to this point anyway.  They should have never electronically processed my check on March 25th without disclosing that to me because it was on a conditional basis based on the diagnostic report from my mechanic on the car.  They should have just held my check to the side.  I mean they had my new car that I drove to their dealership in as collateral in case I wanted to steel the 2005 Nissan Altima.  I just recently received two phone calls from them inquiring if I received the refund.  What...were they going to decide to write me a check if I still didn't receive the refund.  They should have done that to begin with.  Let it be known, poor business ethics and fraudulent mannerisms.
