I have sent proof of emails sentThis is ridiculousWhen we offered to continue to work with them they never respondedThey didnt receive counter options because they requested the refundWe shut everything downIf the customer would like to me forward with the home we would be glad to do so but we have to have a response to knowThe POA and invoice was sent to them or it would have never been paidThats the factsWe had no way to access their moneyThey paid the invoice and received POA after in the form of [redacted] receipt

I am rejecting this response because:We have been more than willing to work with this 'business'We live only minutes from them and were more than willing to go sign in person.We were told the contract was sent in the mail on a Monday and still hadn't received by FridayThe mail doesn't take a week to go from *** *** to ***.they stated in text message that they would refund the money then tried to get us to buy them out as seen in the copies of the texts made to my husband

Customer purchased a container home at agreed price of $38,000 customer accepted a purchase order agreement and paid the 10% down pmt of $3800. The floor plans are on the website right next to model that was purchased this is how they made a informed decision. Down pmt was then sent to our supplier...

of the container homes who began work on the purchased home. Customer was informed build, shipping and install from china would take 60 to 90 days. Customer then backed out of verbal contract when documents were being underwritten and drawn up leaving Dibs homes with the purchased product. We are out cost of home, man hours and cost of equipment. Customer waited aprox 7 days before changing their mind and wanting refund.
