DiCaprio Carpet Cleaning

Review: I had my living room and a hallway carpet cleaned. The bill was 106.00 I wrote the check and gave it to the guy. Then I happened to look down at the coupon that I had cut out of a booklet. It said two rooms cleaned for 89.00. I asked the guy why I paid 106.00 for one room and a small hallway when two room was only 89.00. He called his boss and was told that I was told that that coupon was not any good. The date on the coupon that said it was good for was Sept. 14th 2014. The reason that I did not give him the coupon was I had not had two room cleaned. When I made the first call to hire them I was told no such thing. Coupon was not mentioned. Why isn't he sticking to the coupons? Why is it in the new book if it isn't any good?Desired Settlement: I think I should get some kind of discount because of the price of two room is less that I had to pay. And the guy is a not being truthful I hate when people lie when caught about something not right.

Please be advised that my response is as follows:

On a phone estimate, prior to her scheduled service dale, client agreed to the price of $106.00.

Further, she never mentioned having a coupon until we were done cleaning her carpets.

The coupon that the client is referring to jg for a basic steam cleaning, which does not include

deodorizing, stain guard or moving of any furniture. The client has failed to inform you that in

addition to the deep caipet cleaning, she also received a deodorizing process, and we moved and

re-set ftiniiture, Therefore, the coupon was not eligible for the service we rendered:
