Review: The sign up process went through several 'add-on' products to which I selected 'no' to each one that I saw. I don't know what they're charging me $69.95/month for, but I've had the charge for several months. I've reached out to the company, and have yet to receive a response or cancelation/credit of charges. Review: Money paid for software that does not function. Further site changes password without notice so it cannot be accessed. Claims to include entire software packware, then bills extra $97 for additional software that still does not give a complete set of software. I am getting repeat notices for the same software under different names.Desired Settlement: A public apology and acknowledgement that the software is completely nonfunctional under any of it's names. Also, an acknowledgement that [redacted] publishing is selling and publishing this software which is completely nonfunctional.
