Review: On November *, 2014 I contacted [redacted] about my concern that my profile on the [redacted] website was not being managed properly. In order to maintain an active profile I purchased the $35 Resume Auto Refresh package (and $4.99 for phone number verification) but each time I accessed the account my profile was inactive. I provided [redacted] with a screen shot showing the inactive status with date & time included. I was informed that day by tech support that they would “look into this further and I will contact you with what we are able to find out.” I have not been contacted since. I’ve attempted to contact [redacted] again on December *, 2014 and January ** 2015 to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like to ensure this is not a widespread issue affecting other service members and be provided the services I purchased; or refunded.

Review: Dice Holding is using their owned website, [redacted], to send fishing emails that are disguised exactly as a legitimate video game product/service. This practice should be stopped immediately. They are sending emails that look like updates for a current game, exactly. It is the most well disguised malware/adware I've ever seen and to learn that a legitimate company is doing this, not a hacker out of their basement, but a company that trades on the stock market is sending malware-laden emails to try to trick people and ruin their computers is appalling. Simply put, appalling. This company should be sued for this. Here's an email link for more information: [redacted]

This company sent me an email disguised exactly as a videogame update in order to try to infect my computer with malware.Desired Settlement: This company should be shut down for this. What they are doing should be against the law. It probably is. Barring that, leave me alone and stop attempting to contact me. Don't send malware to my email box disguised as a video game update.

Review: Dear Revdex.com, I suddenly started getting daily emails from eFinancialCareers.com, a Dice Holdings company. I did not sign up to receive these emails and I do not want them. I have tried every single weekday for 3 weeks to unsubscribe from them all; and, I tried sending a note in the company's "contact us" section. But, I am still getting the emails.
