Review: [redacted] d.b.a. Dice Media Labs provides social media services based on hourly time logs and deliverable and measurable tasks online. Our relationship has been severed as of 1/**/15, and after paying her $1,600 in advance in December which she admitted overcharging and non-delivery upon, she now refuses to refund the reasonable $500 balance requested. Her account access to my social media properties has been cancelled as of 1/**/15 to protect my business so she cannot damage my brand online. More than once she has over promised, under delivered, and overcharged my business, acting both unprofessionally and unethically.I have emails, chat transcripts, signed NDAs, original service contracts, and more I can upload for the complaint. Please see below chat and email transcript quotes supporting my position showing the sellers admission that I was overcharged.
