Customer has been in 3 times for this concern. We have driven the vehicle well over a hundred miles and numerous times and have been unable to verify complaint. Every time time vehicle was here the customer was provided with a rental vehicle at our expense. The customer was asked to come in to road...

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
[The first time my husband brought in my vehicle they told us that they flashed he computer and updated the system and said that it should not do it again. Then the second time he brought it in [redacted] said that he felt it and that it was normal and that there was nothing they could do after having it for a few weeks my husband said he didn’t want it back until it is safe for his family to be in it, they said that they sent it to another GM dealer, and to this day it is still having the same problems . It is a unsafe vehicle ]
