The customer was e-mailed pictures of the bumper. The vehicles brakes passed our Wisconsin safety. We received the headphones...

from the customer who traded the vehicle in but it was after we recieved the bills from the customer who purchased the vehicle.      I will reimburse the customer for the bills because I think there was miscommunication from both parties , I hope this takes care of this situation.

Review: I was in a car accident and row truck brought our vehicle here in which I wasn't even asked if that where I wanted my vehicle repaired because I would have said no due to herring and knowing about bad service with them. Well the first time I got car back nothing was lining up, the paint was a different tone and they didn't full buff out the wax they used also failed to realize a chunk missing out of tire so took it back. Then the second time I got it back they buffed to hard and left circles of dull paint on the side where accident was the drivers side passenger door still doesn't line up at all, so I had called again to tell them I was NOT satisfied and also left the owner a message in which he returned from vacation on Monday and I have continued to be ignored because they were already payed through insurance company. When I brought the car back the first time I had to wait until Wednesday for the mechanic to get back in which I was told to come back on Wednesday and they would have a rental lined up for me, and when I got there Wednesday the [redacted] told me that he didn't have anything so I had to yet again come back when THEY were ready.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix what they failed to do right the first time. Otherwise they can buy this car with THEIR mistakes and sell us a different one!

Response:
In response to complaint # [redacted] regarding Ms. [redacted], we believe that we have successfully resolved the situation.  We had Ms. [redacted] return her vehicle to us for further repairs during which time we provided her with a rental at no cost to her.  She picked up her vehicle on June 26, 2014 and after looking over the vehicle, she indicated that she was happy with the repairs.  In addition, we sent Ms. [redacted] a $100 gas card for her inconvenience.

Review: On Saturday October 5, 2013 I took delivery of a 2011 Ford F-150 that I had purchased at Dick Brantmeier in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. I was only given one key for the truck. I asked sales manager [redacted] where the other key was and was told I needed to talk to the salesman who sold me the truck ([redacted], who was out sick that day). [redacted] refused to help in any way. I decided to talk to sales manager [redacted] to see if he would be of any assistance. [redacted] was extremely rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful. [redacted] belittled me on the salesfloor in a sarcastic tone when I inquired about a second key for the vehicle. I asked for customer survey and was denied. I was then told to "go" and was escorted out of the building. Later that day I discovered that I did not receive my warranty that I purchased for an additional $899. I contacted the dealer and they did mail me the paperwork but it was completed incorrectly. I contacted them again and they sent me another copy which was still incorrect. I tried to contact the dealership yet again and after multiple emails I have not heard a response.Desired Settlement: 1. Correct warranty paperwork
2. A second key
3. An apology for the manner that I was treated

Review: Bought a 2013 Ford F150 and they sold me an extended 10 year warranty (Final coat) for upholstery and paint. Paid 1000.00 for it. one year later sold my truck and found that it is not transferable nor is any of my fund refundable. I just paid 1000.00 for a wash and wax! NOT RIGHT!Desired Settlement: Would like a portion refunded

In August of 2012 me and my husband went to the dealership to get a new car. We got a 2010 KIA Forte and since everything took a little longer than expected that day they didn't want my husband to be late so one of the other sales associates offered to take my husband to work for me. We were treated nicely and since this was my second time buying a car they explained everything to make sure I understood everything. So in March of this year we decided that we wanted something bigger than a car because we take a lot of trips. Well we looked at different cars and went to the dealership and they got us a 2011 KIA Sorento, the car wasn't ready for me to take it home the same day because they had things to do to it and we both had to work the next day so that night they gave me a loaner car that way I could go to work, got done with work went straight to the dealership and switched from the loaner to my new SUV! I have never been so thrilled to buy a car from a dealership before!! The staff is amazing and the way they treat their customers is just amazing as well!!

On 1/23/2015, I went to Brantmeier to look at a 2012 Kia Optima. After taking it for a ride and doing a thorough look over of the car, I decided it was in decent shape and wanted to purchase. I told the salesman I had a vehicle trade in multiple times and would like to finance my new purchase with an acceptable trade appraisal and $1500 down. I told him I was trying to rebuild my credit with this vehicle purchase.
The salesman gave me a credit application to fill out. I informed the salesman again that this vehicle sale was conditional on getting my trade in vehicle appraised with an acceptable trade evaluation to me. He said that this is how they do business, and reluctantly I filled out the credit application trusting they would treat me fairly on my trade appraisal. I filled out the credit application and he gave it to the Sales Manager to see If I could get financing.
While they were seeing if I could get financing, the salesman finally took information on my trade to get an appraisal. To my surprise, the salesman took the vehicle for a drive! I always had a Sales Manager appraise trade in's as that is part of their job. After letting him know my trade was a lease multiple times, he gave the appraisal form to a Sales Manager.
The salesman came back and said I needed to contact my bank which I was leasing my trade in through, to get 10 day payoff. This is not my job, first of all. The salesman asked what I was looking to get on my trade. Doing my research with KBB and NADA, as well as looking on Autotrader/Cars.com to see what my trade in was selling for, I determined that KBB was an acceptable evaluation. Trade in excellent condition was $11,000 and very good condition was $10,500. I told them I have maintained it well and was looking for $11,000.
The salesman came back and said they would give me $9000 for my trade (10 day payoff was $11,200), and they could finance me with $3000 down, which absolutely shocked me! I told him that was unacceptable. He asked what I would consider fair and I said $10,500 was the very least I would accept. I asked that I needed to talk to the Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager came in and said his evaluation was fair based on the market. When I asked him for the piece of paper he had the trade in evaluation on, it said my vehicle was in "fair" condition. I asked him if he looked at my car and he ignored me. He asked me if I saw value in their vehicle? I said I did and he reached over the table to shake my hand and asked "Do we have a deal?" I told him NO and wanted to walk out. He was purely wasting my time. I told him he was evaluating my car without he, himself, not looking at my trade. I told him with the financing they could give me and the trade appraisal they offered, it was too expensive for our budget. The Sales Manager said "if my wife and I would cut our daily $1.75 Starbucks beverage we would be able to afford their vehicle." After that statement, we left the dealership.
In closing, I just purchased a new vehicle from another dealership that gave me KBB for my trade, a very fair trade appraisal. I was also financed at 4% less than the Sales Manager said I could get approved for at Brantmeier. I only needed to put down $1500. The final straw was when I saw my credit score from dealership I bought new vehicle, through Transunion, it was 27 points higher than Brantmeier said Transunion gave me on 1/23/15? I bought my new vehicle 1/28/15 so there should not have been such a big difference in scores from the same credit bureau in this time frame. The credit score Brantmeier gave me was also not what I saw when I checked my score through my credit card.
I felt given my recent credit issues, Brantmeier was looking to take advantage of me. To this day, my experience at Brantmeier has infuriated me and my wife! When I am next in the market for a vehicle, I will look elsewhere.
