Rondo Pools is committed to addressing any concern one of our customers has As in this case, each request for service has resulted in Rondo Pools sending out a representative to address and try to resolve the challenge at hand We have never ignored or failed to address a concern.Regarding the electrical issue, we made a significant upgrade in our wiring to insure the breaker tripping issue does not happen again Regarding the in-floor cleaning issue We spent significant time to insure all the in-floor cleaning heads and water valve were properly functioning We even took the extra effort to do a thorough cleaning of the filter to insure that the system was operating to it's best ability The cleaning of the filter made a significant difference in the flow through the system I have discussed with Mr*** the affect a dirty filter can have on the effectiveness of the cleaning and we are very optimistic that the cleaning system will do a much better job cleaning the pool and will meet Mr***'s expectations.Regarding the small leak discovered by our electrician, a service call has been scheduled with our plumbers and are they are currently in the process of finalizing a convenient schedule with Mr*** We expect this issue to be resolved in the immediate future as well.We are hopefully that we have resolved all of Mr***'s concerns to his satisfaction
I have reached out to Mr*** and discussed his concerns I was able to educate the client on the differing code compliance depths of different conduit used in the industry Mr*** was not aware that the brass conduit housing the light cord has a code depth of 6" vsthe 12"
to 18" depth requirement of PVC conduit When the pool was built, it passed all necessary city inspection and received final city approvals Since the pool was built yrs ago, there has likely been a minor bit of erosion that has either exposed or lessened the top soil above the line Unfortunately, with the age of the project, we are unable to assist with having the line relocated However, I have confirmed with the homeowner that the line is not compromised There would be no reason, other than aesthetics, to have any work done to the line I suggested to Mr*** that he add some top soil and gravel to the exposed areas as a much more cost effective way of resolving his concerns
I have contacted Mr*** and discussed his concerns We have record of one service call request for both the electrical issue and in-floor cleaning issue, but we had noted that both were completed and resolved to the clients satisfaction We had not had further inquires from Mr
***, but it is clear from Mr***'s complaint and our recent conversation that these service calls did not resolve the issues to Mr***'s satisfaction We have arranged with Mr*** to schedule a couple more service calls with him at his convenience in the next week to readdress these issue We will make every effort to resolve his concerns to his satisfaction

This business tried to short change me by installing about 1/of the agreed to pavers surrounding our new pool. It was only after I complained and showed measurements that the deck was re-constructed per the planThen this business attempted to put a lien on my home. Only after I complained AGAIN and lodged this complaint with the Revdex.com did they agree to remove the Lien. This business wanted to sell me more landscape work but I refused and strongly recommend against anyone using them
The business is stating only one callThe company has been out to my house on two separate occasions for the in floor cleaning system, outside of the initial complaint right after getting my pool finishedAlso the company has come out twice for the electricalThe electrician came out this weekend and advised of a solution of reinstalling a certain breaker that works with the equipmentThe company stating they only have one call is flat out un truthful and proves my point even more of there lack to fix issues My in floor system ran for hours on sat and another on Sunday and the pool is not cleanIt does not do as advertisedI brushed the dirt times this weekend only to have the dirt pushed back to the same spot An in floor apt is in the works for trying to schedule but they also found a leak on the device that they are stating they will also fix At this point in time the complaint is not resolved as we still have ongoing issues. At this point the following is where everything stands from my perspective: Electrical issue looks like it will be resolved once they pull new wire and install new breaker.In floor cleaning system still does not clean my pool and I have let run longerStill looking for refund of what I paid for this and it does not function as sold or advertisedAt this point I will be switching to the old fashion hose skimmer due to the in floor cleaning system not adequately cleaning my pool Found additional leak on machine pics taken by electrician who said he will send to Kevin Rondo to have fixed
This customer hired [redacted] to do his project. [redacted] hired Hawkeye Landscaping to install pavers under Rondo's instructions. A pre-lien was placed as a standard procedure we always do as subcontractors. A conditional waiver was released upon final payment. He is not a customer of Hawkeye Landscaping, Inc. and we did not try to sell our services to him. He needs to address his concerns with the company he hired, [redacted]. This individual is harassing us with false complaints/ bad reviews. He needs to stop immediately.
