On November 21st, 2016, [redacted] applied online for financing via our website, dicksaysyes.com.  Mr. [redacted] never actually visited our showroom, however, we did correspond numerous...

times between 09/21/2016 and 11/27/2016. 
 
On November 18th, 2016, we reached out to Mr. [redacted] to inform him that we were able to secure conditional financing for him from a lender, however, on the particular vehicle he was inquiring about he would need more down payment due to income, credit, etc.  Mr. [redacted] stated that he only had his trade-in for down payment but would be willing to consider a less expensive Dodge Challenger RT.  As he had made it very clear in previous conversations that he would only take a Challenger RT we let Mr. [redacted] know that we would keep our eye out for one that was less expensive as we didn’t currently have any in our inventory.
 
We were able to approve financing for Mr. [redacted], however, he chose not to accept our offer due to the lender’s requirement for cash down on that vehicle.  Nowhere on our website do we advertise that we can get anyone approved on any car they choose with zero down payment.  All offers of credit are subject to lender approval as well as customer approval and Mr. [redacted] chose to not proceed with the conditional approval offered.  On November 27th, 2016, Mr. [redacted] opted out of future email correspondence with our dealership so we have not since attempted to contact him.  In no way was there any intention of deceit in our advertising and we did, in fact, offer Mr. [redacted] financing which he chose not to accept.

process, Ms. [redacted]’s was delayed due to a clerical error in processing her claim. We apologize for the delay and have sent two checks to Ms. [redacted]’s lender, one for the cancellation of the products as well as one for the refund of the cancellation fee and the interest. We have sent a check for $18.11 to cover the interest as requested in the response. The interest was calculated at a daily rate of .01% per day (3.99% /365 days) and multiplied by the 42 days. Thank you.

[redacted]s on 6/26/17 to arrive at their home address on 6/27/17. The [redacted]s have been contacted by our employees and asked to use the plates provided in the Fed Ex until the tags are ready for their custom plates they are transferring from their previous vehicle. We anticipate the tags to be ready the week of July 10th. Once we have the tags from the DMV we will send them overnight.
