Afterreviewing the contracts and speaking with Mr [redacted] , we have resolved thisconcern and the customer is satisfied Mr[redacted] had concerns with a few aspects of his purchase, notably the vehicle’s MSRP(which number on the factory window sticker actually represents the truemanufacturer’s suggested retail price) and the added amount for the window etchoption Iexplained that the manufacturer lists the base MSRP on the top of the windowsticker and the added factory equipment and destination is then totaled up tocreate the true MSRP and that the price is identical to the price he would seeon Toyota’s own website He stated that he believed the advertisementshould state precisely which number on the manufacturer’s monroney label wouldbe used and that he believed the Toyota pricing was not as clear as it shouldbe I told him I would pass his input on to Toyota so they can considermaking a change in the factory window stickerTheetch had already been cancelled by the customer and the refund check is beingprocessed I asked if there was anything else I could do and he statedthat he just hadn’t received his refund check yetWehave two checks being processed at this point for him and I believe that Mr[redacted] is now satisfied He expressed his desire to continue doingbusiness with us and stated that he would be back for serviceThankyou for the opportunity to address this concern and find a mutually agreeableresolutionBestregards, [redacted] General ManagerDick Hannah ToyotaDirect [redacted] Fax [redacted]
