I had the original work done to my vehicle for $I did not have the additional $worth of work done by them because the brackets were not broken when I took it in to begin with and I'm glad I didn't because they were not damaged or brokenDick Ide was trying to scam me out of the $when
the problem was the motor not being mounted down correctly which was what I paid for in the original $

I would like to start with an apology based on the information given through the letter from you and information on the repair orders I assure you both the advisor and technician have been spoken with , I have been at this facility since 1991 and I truly believe we have an excellent staff that requires constant training to perform at a top level. I reviewed the importance of this type of situation and I should have been involved to help ensure a proper resolution , the fact is that didn't happen and I place a large portion of that on myself. In regards to the diagnosis a highly trained technician worked on the vehicle and I want to believe it was an error in diagnosis but I insure you it will be monitored. In closing I am committed to showing this is not about scamming someone for $500 its a much bigger picture and how you feel and your comfort level with this organization matters to me.
