Nabor dodge was supposed to replace timing chain belt as per recall by Dodgenabor Dodge stated the work was completed in March because the had to order partWhen driving the car to Rockingham nc where we purchased the car in May the motor blew upWe had it towed back to the *** Dodge to have it fixed since we were in RockinghamThe mechanics looked at the car and said the timing belt had never been changed as stated and that had caused the motor to blow up*** motors Called the home office of Dodge and they said they would have to replace the motor with a new motor which didn't happen It was replaced with a rebuilt motorThey told us to us to drive it miles because it was knocking and smokingWe took it back, then they told us to drive it more miles and see if the cells setIt still smoked and knocked when we took it back, Dodge kept my car approximately months with no resolution to my problemI finally just purchased me a new car from Nissan because
Less than months ago my mother bought a Jeep Cherokee brand new Now with less than miles it sounds like the the transmission is falling out and the check engine light is coming on The dealership has now had her car for more than weeks!! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE WHATSOEVER!! Now we are being told by someone in another state that the call has a recall This is being ordered by someone that has never looked at this car! There is a warranty on this car and I feel like this company is trying to drag it out until we cant use the warranty!! NOT THIS TIME!!
