This summer has been very trying for dealerships since there has been an abundance of recalls throughout all brands combined with the standard rush of customers to get their vehicles ready for summer travel. I am so sorry! The customer lodged multiple complaints against us thru both the Revdex.com and AG's office. Ironically enough, we had resolved the issue before either complaint got to me. I followed up with the AG and must have totally forgotten that there was also an outstanding issue with the Revdex.com. Customer is satisfied with our resolution, we sent and she cashed a check for $to compensate her for our mistake. Sorry again for all the confusion!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have also called me and have provided a rental car while I get my car fixed. I am very happy with their response!
