My name is Simone LeurquinMy husband Ryan and I just recently had our Jeep Liberty serviced at the Dick Poe Jeep dealershipOur vehicle had been experiencing poor idling issue and brought it in Saturday February 27, to get looked atThe service department said they could not look at it get to it until Monday, which is no big dealWe have a warranty on the vehicle and we gave the information to our service advisor, DennyThis was so that he could call and inquire about anything that could be covered under the warranty
On Monday, February 29, Ryan received a call from Denny saying that there were quite a few issues with the vehicle and it would cost us around $My husband Ryan was surprised at the price and asked if anything was covered under the warrantyRyan was not given any definitive information and that it was because it was all maintenance issues, therefore none of it could be covered
After my husband and I went came to the dealership and paid for the diagnostic, and got we had a printout generated of the issues they foundWe were confused and frustrated believing this should have been a warranty item to be covered, going to take our vehicle elsewhere because we did not have $to pay for the vehicle
While my husband waited for our Jeep to be brought out to us, I called our company that was covering the warranty to verify the informationThe person I spoke to at the warranty company had informed me no one from the dealership had called to inquire about our vehicle and in fact some of the issues that were on our printout were coveredAfter finding this out my husband Ryan and I talked to the service managerDenny then called the warranty company and did verify that some issues and parts were coveredHe came back with the price of about $that we would have to payWe agreed and we were told the vehicle would be done finished by at the end of the day and that Ryan would get a callBecause my husband and I both work, we went to Hertz get a rental car and had to get a rental car so both of us could get to work
When the vehicle was apparently repaired, Ryan never received a call at the end of the day on Monday about our vehicle indicating it was ready being doneThe shop was closed, but fortunately Ryan was still able to pay for the vehicle and take it home
We have been customers here before and we do not think this was good customer from your service departmentYour service department does great work and we have never had any issues up until this pointHowever, if it was not for our persistence and diligence in questioning the cost, we would have paid for something we would not have had toWe had to take time of over hours out of our day to resolve this issueWe would hope that something like this does not happen to anyone else

Having bought vehicles previously in years at Dick Poe Dodge, on Jan 2016, I purchased a Ram, with less than 19,milesWithin days, the battery was replaced, spent days at the dealer's shop, and again failed to start within days of driving it home again (mile round-trip)Instead of giving me a full and fair refund/ or exchange for the $29,price, the dealership offered me a $less on a trade-upBeing miles from home, with a dead-lined vehicle, I felt trapped, and ill-usedThe new vehicle chosen was cleaned, but nothing demonstrated, explained or opened by the salesman, who was busy with another customerTheir lack of alternatives or fair treatment- which was never discussed; but a onetime offer was disrespectful and demeaningNo special pricing or discounts were offered with the new vehicle chosen, making it seem more painful, not being given a better deal for my troubles
