Mazda but also to bring it to our Body Shop for the repairs it needed after its accident.
I also want to apologize for the time it took to repair your vehicle. It was in a major accident that took over 106 Mechanical Hours to fix, which translates to 27.6 work days or 6 1/2 weeks. In many cases with a major accident like this, there are unforeseen delays that are part of the repair process but nonetheless are not convenient to our customers. With the severity of the damage to your vehicle we encountered many delays in the repair process. However, I agree that we should have done a better job proactively reaching out to you and keeping you informed of the repair status and these delays. Certainly we wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and thoroughly, but we should have given you better updates of the time table.
