I am rejecting this response because:we chose not to continue paying service calls to continue only to find that we had to keep investing more and moreWe had another company come in and they did what needed done and honored the warranty on the furnace

In response Mr***, we have this to say. He did in fact buy his furnace from Coe Heating, and with that furnace he did receive a year parts warranty. However, the circuit board did receive water damage which then voided the warranty on the part. We are at no fault for Mr
*** purchasing the wrong circuit board off of ebay. Mr***'s claim about something being cracked and damaging the board may be true, but because a technician from Coe didn't do the work, we have no way of knowing this to be true. As far as warranty goes, we have an still do replace parts under warranty, we have no issue with that. As far as being accused of lying, that simply isn't the caseThere is no manufacture which will cover an electrical part under warranty which has had water damage. Coe has never and will never be dishonest in anything we do. We have been in business since and we don't believe we have around this long by doing business dishonestly. Had Mr*** chosen to let Coe perform the work needed this could have all been avoided

I expect that date I was told by the secretary of 8/to be honored! We never paid for the furnace because we were told we would pay on the date of installationWe have never recieved a bill from Coe HeatingWe had to take out a loan in order to finance the cost of the furnaceWe have already been making payments because we had to use my husbands work car as collateral! We don't pay his car gets taken
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2016/09/06) */
I am not quite sure what the issue is with the homeowner in regards to her last response as it does not make any senseThe furnace was installed as promised on 8/31/and yes, we have not sent her an invoice yet because the furnace had not been installed prior to 8/31/As she stated and was discussed with her, we will invoice her once the project is completed! As far as the home owners financial arrangements go, such as payments and collateral, that is between the homeowner and their lender...not Coe Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc
This will be the last response by Coe Heating & Air Conditioning, Incon this matterCoe Heating & Air Conditioning Inchas performed the work, installed the furnace on the date promised and will invoice the homeowner as promised, now that the project has been completed
