purchased a used vehicle from this dealer, during the signing of the paperwork I noticed a $450 GAP Insurance fee that I was not asked if I wanted before hand and I did not request, when I told the sales person that I wasn't interested in this insurance, he was persistant that I needed to purchase this insurance and I told him that I did NOT want this option. The sales person said ok and went to the finance manager and told him that I did not want the GAP insurance and I noticed that the finance manager was visibly upset because he had to reprint all the paperwork. Had they asked me first I would have save them and myself a whole lot of time and frustration! Also after I got the vehicle home I noticed that it was extremely dirty under and beside the driver seat and front passenger side seat, spillage and food that was probably there for years from the previous owner, needless to say the detailing that this dealership did was less than adequate for the price I paid for this vehicle.
