I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me under these conditions: 1. Salerno Duane does issue the years worth of service at any Mopar dealership as stated in their response AND and defines how many oil changes that equates toI want to be clear about what I am receiving as compensation.2. The GM of the dealership is to send me the official document to be signed and returned to Salerno Duane to complete the transaction, along with a promise to complete IN A TIMELY MANNER. That means within days of return of signed form. The GM can send to *** or can contact me for my mailing address. I do not trust that a salesman or sales manager will complete this, so only direct contact from the GM will suffice.

*** *** had an appointment for May 18th to inspect his vehicle, he did show for it but when he was asked to sign the repair order ( that give's us permission to inspect, drive it as need to determine if any faultshe refused to sign stating that " someone else was coming
to us to look at his car and he will not sign We have no record of anyone coming which we told him so he left

To whom it may concern, Salerno Duane will provide three years of Mopar FCA maintainance that can be used at any CDJR dealership after the complaintee returns our release signed and notorizedThe signed release is a Salerno Duane policy for customer issuesWe apologize for any inconvenience we

I am rejecting this response because:As per our conversation, I am writing to inform you that we did take the jeep to Selerno Duane on May 18th and upon arrival,we were asked to sign a form to work on the car,but were refused the right to read the formNot feeling comfortable with signing something not reviewed I refused and leftI was also looking at my fileWhile the man was taking information, he saw me looking at the paperwork and told me I was not supposed to see the contents of the paperworkI felt very uncomfortable with thisAfter a conversation with Chrysler Jeep corporation and upon their advisement, I took the car to *** *** *** They were so wonderful and accommodated usNo forms requiredUnfortunately,a week later,the driveway has fresh oil stains.A sidenote: on April 29, 2015, after the sixth attempt of trying to fix this car with Salerno Duane's service department, I went to approach the manager that had sold me the car, the new manager at Salerno (sales) told me that," there is something wrong with the car and we have to get you out of this car and into a new one". Although, this would be a likely solution for Salerno which would also be a monetary gain for them, I would be stuck with the 15,left unpaid to bank and a new car paymentThe manager and salesman that sold us the car are no longer employed with Salerno
