see enclosed letter:On behalf of [redacted] :Hello my name is [redacted] , I am the technician who diagnosed and worked on the vehicle in question Ms [redacted] , GMC EnvoyI had to re-diagnose and re-repair what should have been done at Dave's Auto ClinicThe shop in question was said to have repaired the front passenger/driver wheel bearings and as you can see in the photos that they were not replacedThey also replaced the power steering pressure lines with a brand new one and damaged it upon installThey also damaged the driver side lower ball joint without having any method as to whyThe damage they caused to the rack and pinion and power steering lines created a massive leak under the chassis [redacted] (over hours of technical/mechanical experience)
