The two biggest things I can say is the door is $and the labor is less than $to install the door also the door was installed correctly and there would be no problems with the door if they live there full-time the only way this happened was if the door was ajar or the wind had caught the store somehow and the wind had slammed it open possibly multiple times in the course of over the last yearI could print out this email and look at all her fax and have a dispute for all the facts but I do not wish to get into an argument over this door that is not our fault and also on the last note I have tried to get over there to fix the door but we need the door there to fix it I am fully willing to send someone there to fix the door even though I do not believe it is our fault I am willing to send someone there to fix the door if the homeowner would give us permission

Once again I will say the same thing I have told the owner I am very willing to send my guys there to fix the problem and she has said that is trespassing on our property so I cannot fix The problem and second of all I do not believe there would’ve been a problem at all if this was their primary residence the problem must have happened if the door was ajar and wind was grabbing the door and slamming it multiple times before something like this could happen and finally her financial request the amount is ridiculous Thank you
