I will not waste anymore of the Revdex.com's complaint handlers' timeFirst of all, if you look under the hot water tank, of course you will not see anything but concrete because the 4" perforated pipe is under the concrete!!! YES, I have dates when Dennis did the service work and NO, I did not ignore phone calls from you and lastly there were no "No Shows" as you claim for serviceGoing back to what I said in the previous response, all you had to do was CALLWe are a business that is in GREAT standing, we DO NOT take shortcuts on jobsIf you claim to have pictures of water on the floor, show me!!! I am willing to set up a time for me and my crew to come to your home and prove to you that the work my men did is correctWe will open the trench for you to see that the work was done properly with no shortcuts takenAgain, we charged you $for the job, not over $4000, please check your contractI have enclosed the picture of the stairs that you tookit is very obvious that there are cardboard boxes under the stairs and NOT totes as you statedI have also enclosed a copy of the back of your contract and I have highlighted the Warranty Exclusions that pertain to this complaintTherefore, no refund will be issuedRespectfully, Ronald GN

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I want to mention AGAIN that this company is flat out lying! When Ron was in our home we told him that the water seeping through the floor and the walls WAS THE REASON WHY THE MOLD WAS A PROBLEM! He could tell immediately that we had done our best to cement the weak spots and dry locked the entire basementHe had no issue at that time that stating that he had the QUICK AND SIMPLE SOLUTION to our problemWhat I'm trying to tell you is that the PROBLEM IS WORSE THAN EVER BECAUSE OF THE WORK YOUR COMPANY HAS DONENot to mention you have destroyed the integrity of our foundation by cutting into it and taking chunks of the wall out only to mask it with some type of border. I hope the pictures I attach to this document reach you because you can clearly see how horrible the corner walls are right by the sump pump; and under the stairs we had minor floor seepage but no thanks to your company the seepage comes through the wall NOWThere is absolutely NO humidity problem in the basementI spend a lot of time in the basement and am constantly watching at how bad the problem isAnd you didn't address the fact that I also got charged for area that I didn't get work done to because your men cut corners. I am FULLY READY AND CAPABLE of filing a small claims charge against B-Sure systems. I have been doing my homework and getting my ducks in a row so the ball is in your courtI filed through the Revdex.com to give you folks an opportunity to correct your mistakes If you don't want to be civil with me through this agency, then I will happily pursue this in courtI have kept all the photo's since this all began, and seeing is believingI don't think any person will be able to say that you guys have done what you've promised after looking through dozens upon dozens of time stamped photosRegards, *** ***

In response to your Revdex.com complaint we guarantee against water seepage in the areas where we contracted to do the drainage, if you read the back of your contract under the heading of "Warranty Exclusions", we do not guarantee against high humidity and or damp spots on wall and floor and mold which is
caused by high humidity, therefore, it is up to the homeowner to control the moisture levels and humidity levels in their own home and their basementAlso, you mentioned that you took about dozen pictures illustrating how bad the problem was, but none were forwarded to us.If in fact you had water seepage in the areas that we did, all you had to do is call our Office and we would have been glad to evaluate your situationWe have not heard from you since September12, 2013, and if you have had a problem since then you should have called to inform usTherefore, B-Sure Systems will not be giving you a refundRespectfully, *** ** *** **
