The customer agreed to pay a $trip charge and $diagnosis fee which would go toward the repair if it was possible to repair and if she agreed to the repairThis was on 11/27/
I found a very reasonable price on a used part and called
her with the estimate which was agreeable to her except she didn't have the money for the part at that timeI returned the TV to her new addressShe wanted her money back at that time and I explained to her that it was the trip and diagnosis fee and is not refundable but will go toward repair in the future
When she had some money again after the 1st of the year she called and told me she wanted it fixedI picked up the TV again, got prices on parts, but there were no used parts available at the price I quoted her previously which took the total repair cost to $She complained about the way I wrote up the invoice so I made some corrections and came up with a total of This included the part at my cost, plus sales tax which I have to charge by lawAt that point she decided she did not want me to fix the tv at this timeI returned the TV again with her refund of $cash and credited her visa card with $250.(The value of the card, however her last name on the card began with a T, not a C, just an aside)
Therefore it goes unsaid that I don't owe her $after all my time spent and trips to pick up and take back
I now am refusing to talk to her because she just keeps grinding me

first of all he's not being fairHe was overcharging meI do have different receipts as proofI called the company he went through, & they said he's over-charging uI did address this matter with him, & he made up another receipt for the corrections, so after that, I did tell him thats ok, and by then I wanted cancel, but he didn't want 2..so what could I doI was pushed up against the wallThe problem is he don't want to be fair, and then tells me not to call him anymore, what kind of customer service is this?...my whole problem was him over-charging me n the first place..I was uncomfortable with him, and he had another customer with the same tv, and he over charged her, and told me I won't charge you, what i'm charging herwow for real..he thinks its ok to keep the $50.00, due to his service calls and making the trips to my house, This situation is his fault, not mineYou stated the cost would go towards parts and repairs, so because you were over charging me, on the second trip out, after I called the company, & they told me that his charges was to much, and I should get a refundHe would not refund me, so what am I suppose to do, let you overcharge me , no I don't think soYou do not have the right keep my money, and just ignore methis is why he made the second trip out, for his own self, because he was not satisfied with the out come of the service,because he felt I deserve this, but no you do not deserve the money, after u tried to overcharge me I was done with u, so u bagged me up against the wall, like a do it , or i'm not going to deal with u anymore predicament..you can't ignore me & say good bye this is a business, and I feel you are taking it personal, for nothingI I've been more than fair with u, but u can't keep my money..you have not rendered proper service...customer service I guess doesn't matter to you, but it matters to mePlease if you do not want to deal with me fairly, then refund meI have not been grinding you, after you told me to leave you alone I did, and this is why I contacted Revdex.com, to help me with this matterI feel if you do not want to be bothered, then just refund me my money, and I will leave you alone altogetherYou claim all the time spent, is the $50.00, no you just can't keep the money, and the service wasn't rendered, no you can't do this, my whole problem was you tried over charged me, & I do have receipts to prove it..I was not satisfied with your service, but I was still willing to try work things out, and the bottom line is , either you refund me, or give me proper and fair service..and do not over-charge me, and I do have right;s tooI've been more than fair & honest with you.I just want to be treated with dignity & respect, in which I did with you.please let me know how you want to handle this..thanks

On my final invoice after the corrections I was charging $for the part which was my cost as she knows from calling my supplierThe California board of equalization requires that I charge 8% sales tax on parts I sell which amounted to $for a total of part and taxI normally charge $180-$for labor on a plasma TVI gave her a break and charged her $which is very reasonable if you are familiar with TV repair ratesThe shipping cost of the part was which she also knows from calling my supplierThis brought the repair to a total of $After a $deposit and the $trip and Diagnosis fee is deducted the balance due would have been $42.94.I had all of this written on an invoice and she didn't want to do it so I refunded the $I don't know of any business that can stay in business by doing everything for freeAny reasonable person would agree that the $is not refundableHowever, just to end this situation I will honor her unreasonable request for the $I will mail it to her within the next two weeksThis will be the end of our business relationship

I accept his proposal, as long as he comes through on his part , and pay meI really wanted to work things out, but he
no longer want my businessI have excepted such, and I will move on..The business should have honesty & integrity in dealing with customers and likewise the buyerI believe in being fair, and i'm sorry he feels this way..but u just can't keep people's money and over charge themservice must be satisfied & renderedThank u Revdex.com for all your help..its good know I can reach out to you, whenever I need to..always I really appreciate the business, i'm so very happyI just wanted justice and u did that
