She called me times to buy a Rainbow Model D4CShe showed up and said it was what she wanted After a few days she called and she she wanted to trade for the other same unit I had Then when she got here with just 1/of the unit she said she changed her mind she want her moneyI told her noShe tore out of the storeWorking vacuum to the for Thank ever so much for letting me respond Dick Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/05/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I spefically asked prior to my purchase on the phone and before paying a used vacuum if the vacuum did not work in the first days would I get my FULL refund as I do not have time to run back and forth a total of approximately hours and Dick's response was "Yes I would give you a FULL refund as I am totally confident this vacuum is in perfect condition as I have gone through the vacuum my self" The vacuum NEVER worked from the beginning as he sold me a BROKEN used vacuum I called and told him and said I would I bereturning it for my FULL refund as he promised He said he had another vacuum he would exchange but I responded "No you promised me a full refund and this vacuume is NOT in perfect condition as promised and doesn't work from the first useYou have lied to me, I don't trust you and do not wNt or have the time for another piece of crap."
