I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Dear Revdex.com:
First, my family and I would appreciate Revdex.com for helping resolve this issue.
I would swear to Revdex.com that Affordable Furniture (specifically [redacted]) was lying to you in their written response. On [redacted] 25 when the furniture was scheduled to be delivered, [redacted] didn't call me. Instead I called his store to ask what time their delivery crew will get to my home (I can provide your office my cell phone call record to prove his lie). Over the phone, [redacted] said that they cannot deliver the furniture in original boxes ([redacted] promised to our family before we placed the order that all furniture will be delivered in original boxes and assembled in our house).
When I still negotiated with [redacted] over the phone about the delivery terms that he suddenly changed in the last minute, all the sudden he lost his patience and told me very firmly that he doesn't want to do my business and will immediately cancel my order. Even before I responded in the phone, [redacted] dropped the phone call. Then I called back his store right away and asked him if he really cancelled my order and will refund my full payment back. He answered "Yes". I even asked one more time "Are you sure you will cancel my order and refund me"? This time [redacted] even insulted me in a quite discriminative way and he asked me "Do you understand my English?" Then he disconnected my call again without letting me further talk with him. If needed, I can send to Revdex.com my cell phone call record as proof that [redacted] has been lying to Revdex.com. 
In addition, if needed, I can try to contact my cell phone company and [redacted] ([redacted] Voice) to request the phone call recordings as objective proofs from the third party to prove that the purchase order was cancelled by [redacted] and he has lied to Revdex.com.
As I explained above, the purchase order was cancelled by the merchant ([redacted]) on [redacted] 25, 2014. Instead, I never cancelled the order. Therefore, it is completely illegal and unfair for me as the consumer to pay any cancellation or re-stocking fee. If you are willing to, please ask Affordable Furniture to provide your office any "proof" that I ever cancelled the order. Then you will confirm that they were lying to your office.
One more information I would share with Revdex.com is that on [redacted] 29, 2019 after the order was cancelled by [redacted], I called his store to ask the refund status. [redacted] said that he will need my Government issued Photo ID in order to process the credit card refund. Then I emailed him a scanned copy of my driver license and he even confirmed he received my photo ID. Hoeverer, he never refunded me even a penny but instead keeps all my $2,500 in their pocket. Again, I can provide Revdex.com my call record and email record as proofs.
Dear Revdex.com officer, so far this case has become a very obvious business fraud case. For your information, I have reported this case to [redacted] Attorney's Office, Texas Attorney General's Office, and Federal Trade Commission for their investigations (if needed, I can report to more government agencies and law enforcements for the justice). 
I believe Revdex.com would agree that no matter from Federal law,Texas state law or even fundamental business morality perspective, this kind of behavior by Affordable Furniture is totally wrong. Since the [redacted] is located in Houston, my family will sincerely appreciate if Revdex.com can help us as victims in this fraud case and also prevent more consumers from being cheated by this [redacted] in the future.

This is [redacted] with Affordable Furniture responding back to Case#[redacted].
[redacted] came on [redacted] 19,2014 bough furniture worth of $2500.00 I told him the furniture is gonna be delivered on [redacted]25/2014, As I promised I called him around 12:00 to double check he's home. I spoke to him and told that driver is gonna leave the warehouse in 20 mins he should be getting to your house at 01:30, Out of no where he started telling me that the furniture must be in boxes so I tried explaining him that the they have other merchandise in the truck as well it's gonna be hard for us to do it that way, I spoke to my supervisor and asked him if its ok for us to take the boxes and assemble it there "he said thats ok" I called [redacted] said I want to cancel my order and I told him there's a 20% restocking fee that I'm gonna have to charge you if you want to cancel it. It clearly says on the invoice where he signed.
