take out orderThe complaint was submitted to you on 3/20/and occurred on 3/16/2016.The customer claimed she sent in her kids to pick up a food order that was placed by phoneShe claims when she got home and unpacked her food she was missing a sandwich. I have since reviewed our surveillance video and the order was complete including the sandwichWith her kids in the video leaving the Restaurant with a complete food order. I have the video available if neededI have resolved the matter by sending her a check in the amount of $for the refund she requestedI also emailed her regarding this matter, which I have attached to this emailPlease let me know if any further information is needed
