I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, I have no missed calls from his listed business number for 8/18/15. Secondly, I do not have any voicemails indicating his attempt to leave contact information. Lastly, how do I know that he is going to keep his word that he wants to resolve the issue at hand? I still remember like it was yesterday, when I respectfully tried to resolve the issue, even after I attempted to rationalize with him. I definitely want to resolve the issue, but I don't want to waste my time, especially after he told me that he "didn't care." This was his response after I informed him that I was going to report him to the Revdex.com.

Review: On July 28 at approximately 4 PM I went into Mr. [redacted]"s Dickies store in Chula Vista California and I attempted to exchange my khaki dickie shirt for a gray Dickie shirt. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that I had bought the shirt yesterday July 27 and he further began to look at the shirt. After Mr. [redacted] finished seing the shirt he said that he could not exchange it because I had washed it. I mentioned to Mr. [redacted] that I had dried the shirt to remove the wrinkles. Mr. [redacted] did not want to hear anything and further told me that he could not change the shirt for a different color one. The receipt does not mention anything about not being able to exchange a shirt because of air drying to get the wrinkles off. Mr. [redacted] was very rude which is when I again asked him if he was going to help me and he just stayed quiet which is where I told him that if he wasn't going to help me that I was going to leave and report him to the Revdex.com. He immediately told me "go ahead and report me to the Revdex.com I don't care."At this point, I left the store.Desired Settlement: All I originally wanted was to change my khaki dickie shirt to a gray dickies shirt and that's what I want and lastly for Mr. [redacted] to apologize for his unprofessional way of handling business.
