Dickinson Avenue Auto & Tire

I purchased two used tires from the place listed. Dickinson Avenue Auto & Tire in Greenville, NC. I was not shown the tires before hand. One tire on the front right side was illegally plugged. The plug was place on the inside so that it could not be seen. No more than 2 hours later I found myself replacing the tire at another place. The person then showed me how the tire was illegally plugged.Desired SettlementI just want my $35 back for that tire.Business Response This type of repair is called a professional patch....We are one of the very few tire shops in the City of Greenville that offers a full 30 day warranty on all used tires that we sell...She never came back to our shop to address the problem....as she went to another shop...??We mark all of our tires with our receipt on all the tires we sell....so we know if they are sold by our store...If she chose to go to some other store...then that seems to be her personal choice...
