They did an awesome job painting the exterior of my house. They were on time. They were very efficient and neat. The price was reasonable. They were very meticulous in their work.

In brief, the work of this contractor is incompetent. My community's painting project, consisting of 100 townhomes with carports, was negotiated late 2012 and started early 2013. Halfway through the job, after deficiencies and major mistakes became obvious, an additional contracting company had to be hired to inspect the work that was done and asked to work with Dickinson on resolving a list of issues. Dickinson stopped all work as of Sept. 2013. During the year that followed, calls were made to this contractor and correspondence was sent but all without response or willingness to right the wrongs. Late 2013 an attorney was consulted and in April 2014 a formal complaint was filed with the [redacted]. The painting project was finally completed January 2015, with the oversight of the professional contractor who had to continue inspection of job phases. Personally, and as a home owner and a Board member, I would not recommend this contractor for any large scale work and I would be hesitant to hire him/his company for small jobs as well.
