Our chemical services are continuous from year to year unless the customer contacts by phone or in writing In the client set up for applications with the 6th application being free The client approved the contract on 7/29/ At this time, only applications could be done in and the last applications were completed in Extra applications were never entered for In Lawn fertilization was done March 17th and April 22nd There was only applications done in Client did not request any extra applicationsSo, when the system rolled to 2016, only applications were forward for service This year the 1st application service was completed on March 22nd Services was cancelled as soon as [redacted] called and requested no more service See attached statement which I reversed charges

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: When we begin having Four Seasons apply our fert and weed applications we did not 'have a lot of weeds." And if Four seasons reapplied why did we still have nice healthy weeds still growing with no sign of dying. Also, the fertilizer DID NOT work. The yellow spots were still there
And if they came back out to see the superior condition of our lawn why didn't we receive a call or letter telling us they were coming out? I would have liked to have been there...I really doubt they wasted their time

Four Season’s employees *** *** and *** *** responded to the client’s issues and went out and re-applied weed control and fertilizer and no charge. The issue was that the grass did not do anything so we put down an organic fertilizer that works very well if lawns are not
responding and never have issues. After re-applying, we went out and the grass was healthy, green and weeds were dying. When we take on a property with lots of weeds, we explain to the customer that it takes a few applications depending on how bad the weeds are to get rid of all of them especially stronger weeds. Only one application is not an all-cure to any lawn and you have to maintain your lawn all season to get it healthy
Four Seasons did what they asked to do and we performed the work and when it was not satisfactory to *** ***, we came out and did a free service. Even then, we went to do a 2nd free service to try and accommodate her and she kicked our tech off the property. We feel we did everything possible to satisfy the client and will not refund their money
