Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I received only 1 contact attempt. The vehicle has since been traded in for a Chevrolet 1500. Due to lack of cooperation with the dealership, and untimely response from the complaint I was forced into making other plans since the last vehicle was proven unreliable and difficult to fix. I dont have time or the money to fight with a dealership that has no concern for their customers safety or well being. I will continue referring other purchasers away from dicks country dodge, and Chrysler as a brand.
Sincerely,[redacted]

As of 11:30 on 11/9/17, I had a great conversation with Mrs. Perez. We discussed her issues and ways to improve our operations. We have agreed to refund her a portion of her bill. She was happy with our conversation and our resolution. I let her know to contact me in the future if she has any...

concerns. If you have any questions, please contact me at 503-640-1050.  Regards,  Cory H[redacted]General ManagerDick's Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge

We have attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] and he has not responded to any of our contact request. I left him a voice mail message on 11/1/16 at 2:43 P.M. and I also sent him an email on 11/1/16 at 5:46 P.M. To this point, I have not heard back from him. To my knowledge, his 2016 Ram 2500 is repaired...

and working as designed. I have attached our repair order that documents the wiring repairs that were performed on his vehicle. The repair order was opened on 10/24/16 and the repairs were completed on 10/26/16. Due to the fact that his vehicle is still covered by the manufactures warranty, he was not charged for any of the repairs. He was also provided with a loaner vehicle while we worked on his truck. Lastly, if Mr. [redacted] no longer wants his vehicle, he can certainly trade it in or follow the legal guidelines through the Lemon Law Process. You will find the following documents attached to this email:• The email I sent to Mr. [redacted]• A copy of repair order [redacted] documenting the repairs to his 2016 Ram 2500If you have any questions, please call me at [redacted].

We strive for excellent customer service. The vehicle purchased did not have navigation. There was confusion on the part of the sales person about the sticker showing navigation. When vehicles are order from Chrysler often times a standard navigation package may be superseded by an...

additional add on option, in this case the premium lighting group deleted the navigation. We realized the customer was not at fault and it was a internal training issue so we determined that we would install navigation at no charge to the customer. In regards to the wheel and tire swap, unfortunately were not able to switch wheels tires between new vehicles. Specific wheels tires are tied into packages on individual cars. Manufacture stickers on new vehicles can definitely be complicated to read. The navigation upgrade is now scheduled. The water spots have been removed. We apologize for the issues on this transaction and will be happy to assist in the future.

November 20, 2017 Revdex.comPO Box 1000Dupont, WA 98327 In regards to complaint ID [redacted]: On August 29, 2017, [redacted] had his 2005 Chrysler 300 towed into Dick’s Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge. At this time the vehicle had 135,253 miles on it. The...

vehicle would not start or run. We inspected the vehicle and found that the timing belt had broken. The timing belt on this vehicle is supposed to be replaced at 105,000 miles.  We spoke with Mr. [redacted] and let him know that the timing belt had broken and the vehicle may have internal engine damage. Mr. [redacted] was advised that this vehicle has an interference engine and there may be additional issues. The first step is to replace the belt and recheck for additional damage. Mr. [redacted] authorized the replacement of the broken timing belt and the related parts associated with this repair. At this time, he authorized $1,300.00 for repairs. After we replaced the timing belt, the vehicle started and ran but it was running very poorly. We determined that number 5 piston had a hole in it from when the timing belt broke. The customer was advised that the engine needed to be replaced. He was given an option of replacing it with a factory engine or a used engine. He declined both options.  Mr. [redacted] was charged $1,170.00 for the repairs that we performed. The timing belt broke due to lack of maintenance by the owner of the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] was advised that the engine may have additional damage and he was well aware of this.  If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.    Regards,   Cory H[redacted]General Manager Dick’s Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely, [redacted]
I was told it was the timing chain that’s why I paid 1170 ,why would I pay the money if I needed a new Or used engine this does not make sense at all. Just be  honest  To people to your customers .
