Please see below for the information that you requested in regards to the vehicle owned by Ms [redacted] with VIN# [redacted] .When Ms [redacted] had her vehicle towed in to Dicks Hillsboro Hyundai on 04/12/she requested that we install two tires on her vehicle as she was involved in an accidentWe installed two tires as she requestedWe installed the tires and put the new tires on the front of her vehicleMs [redacted] paid for the tires and installationThere was an inspection offered and Ms [redacted] declined as she didn’t want to pay for a complete vehicle inspection because she was not running the repairs through her insurance companyWe recommend doing an alignment when tires are replaced and again Ms [redacted] did not want to do an alignment due to the additional costWe performed the repairs that she requested and nothing more because she was not willing to pay for any additional services If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at the number listed below

In regards to [redacted] vehicle with VIN # [redacted] : Her vehicle was towed in on 04/12/with both passenger side tires blown out and we installed two new tires per her requestOn 06/13, the customer came in with excessive wear on the front tires, upon her request, we then performed a full vehicle inspection and found the vehicle to be in need of suspension repairs due to the previous accidentPlease see the attached repair order ( [redacted] ) with Mrs [redacted] signature just requesting the tires to be replaced If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at 503-640-Please let me know if I need to do anything further in regards to this Revdex.com case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I had asked for inspection to see if an alignment neededI was told by service person(kyle) at time none was neededSo I believed him and went about my businessIf they had followed what I understand to be standard practice in servicing cars that hit curbs they would have automatically had the car to a machine that can system check needed servicesIn Oregon their is a law that states that a service and part and labor report be given to clients before any work doneIn both instances I had requested a service and parts estimate writtenOn the second time I took my car to Hyundai in Hillsboro I had saked to have service and parts estimate sent to my lawyer so that we could have the judge in current divorce case add that my husband pay for repair.....but the only response I received was my church companion telling me that Mike E [redacted] called her to tell her that I complained to Revdex.com about my experience at Hillsboro HyundaiEven when I went to talk to Hyundai and pick up my broken car when I asked for repair estimate I received nothing and had to wait min for MrE [redacted] to return so that the employee could get my nkeys locked in his personal officeI feel I have been disregarded as both consumer and human due to the derogatory opinion of one person whom never inquired of year make model orins.of my Hyundai Sincerely, [redacted] ***
