Terrible service. Initial service call April 2016. He told me 7-10 days for ice maker parts (still under warranty) 3+ MONTHS later no parts no fix. It is now July 2016. Have called him 22 times. He picked up 2x and said he would call next day, never does. Voice mailbox full can't leave message. Does not answer texts. Frigidaire is aware of his shoddy work, no customer service, all these details and is sending a new repairman.
This company and [redacted] personally should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourself frustration and do not consider this company for any work.
