Review: Roofing crew left property in unacceptable condition. Ruts in yard from fork truck delivering shingles. Truck tire marks tearing up grass in yard. Left siding on house with sticky substance and front door with tar marks from shingles. Broken solar lights on flowers destroyed in landscaping along side of house. Garage left with debris on floor including roofing nails, wood chips and dirt, and entry door left wide open. After the work was performed on the house, I [redacted]. [redacted] stopped at the house to look at the complaint. I met with the owner to go over everything. Yes there were small ruts in the yard and I told them that over the course of the summer I would stop and check them and if they did not go away that I would have them repaired. I have checked and they are pretty much gone at this point. I personally went to the store and replaced the light bulb myself. Things happen when you tear off so it not un-usual for a screen to get ripped or light bulb to get broken. As for the front of the house I clean the door and siding from tear off marks and when I was done there was no complaint. The guys may have left a few things behind from there lunch and I appologized for the issue. As for the garage, we always clean up inside if we tear off but the owner left and the door was lock so there was no way to get into the garage.

We have been in business for 53 years and have always given our customers customer service as I did this customer. I went right over to the house to meet but when I asked for them to pull out the screens and I would fix them they said no don't worry about that. I went there to fix whatever I could to make it right. We as company never take any money up front until the customer is fully satisfied with the job then they pay in full. This job was paid in full after having to call them a few time to get it. I believe this customer was some how looking for a discount. I believe we did everything we could to make this customer happy. I was there to meet them face to face and when I was leaving I never heard from them again about any problems until this. Job was paid in full meaning the job was complete and the customer agrees with the job. There will be no money returned as I fixed what was broken and agreed to pay for ruts if they were there after summer. Our company history with the Revdex.com speaks for its self.

While no one likes to have to spend thousands of dollars to put a new roof on their house. Dicks roof repair was the best price out of the half dozen estimates that we got. They tore the old roof off and put the new roof on in just 2 days without damaging any plants, shrubs or tearing up our grass. Their cleanup was very professional and left no mess behind. We are completely satisfied with their work and service.
