Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: thus business is a joke. They are not accepting responsibility for their problem. They have horrible customer service. I was never understanding as they DID have the correct adress. They refused to help me. I can contact [redacted] but i'm not upset with [redacted]. Thus is all the tow companys fault. They are horrible excuses for human beings to leave me stranded on the side of the road. Not at all Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I had my vehicle towed on monday august 18, 2014 since I was involved in an accident. my insurance is willing to reimburse me the towing me. I was told to call today, by a dick's towing employee, at 9 a.m and speak to the owners, I tried contacting them but I was told to call back at 11. Someone with the last name of [redacted] answered, so rude. I contacted Geico who made a three way call. [redacted] told my insurance agent she knew I wasn't willing to pay the $840.00 I owed up to today(for towing and $55 for daily storage). I told her I was willing to pay it. She had previously threatened me with puting a lien on the car and sending me to collections. Geico told her they were willing to pick up the car and tow it out of their business. She had me fax my credit card info. and license, and authorization to release the car and bill the credit card, which I did. As soon as GEICO apologized for [redacted] comments, they explained they could only pay for a one time towing. So if I could contact a company who could tow it for me so they could cover the towing bill from the accident. Like I tried to explain to [redacted], I live 200 miles away in calipatria, ca. if another company went to pick it up, I still had to go and release the title to whoever purchased the vehicle, since I was offered $275 for parts. my concern was the distance since I work. I asked her to please let me talk to the owners. she was unprofessional and unreasonable. she said she had 30 years working there, and that there was no way I was going to speak to the owners. She called me back and told me they did not accept american express and she was not going to charge the credit card until someone picked up my vehicle. I asked her like 4 times to please let me communicate with the owner and she refused. Even the geico rep. said she had never been in a situation where someone was responsible enough to pay and the business refused to accept payment and threaten customers.Desired Settlement: please have the owner contact me. there are honest responsible hard working people that provide businesses with their service, and some businesses have very disrespectful employees.
